I write about what I have learned.

Hello to a blog I hope will be unique. I will learn as I go. Always doing my best to help others I am unaffected by criticism. The title Be The Star You Are! means just that. We all have the capacity to shine brightly.

It came to me getting out of a lap pool after a swim. A friend also just getting out of the pool seemed down and those words just streamed from my mouth. His mood brightened and he stated, you need to record those words and teach. So i did as a blog and website.

And so this blog begins. I have a passion for healing as a healthcare professional. I have learned by listening to others. By listening I have learned what is not in books. And that is what I wish to share. That is what 10s of thousands of patients have taught me.

I have lived in various lands and cities. I have treated Senators, Queens, Movie Stars, and All Stars. I have treated the unbelievably wealthy as well as the impoverished. I have treated individuals of all races, many nationalities, yes basically I have worked with humans from most any walks of life. We are as homo sapiens (humans) basically the same. But our genetics and life experiences allow us to develop in unique ways.

So here we are on earth together. For many it is not easy. In future posts I hope to help readers. This my first blog post I will conclude with a quote I heard live and can never forget “can we all get along…”
